We want you to be happy with your purchase from Kirei Moon Blossom. Please review our return policy below before making a purchase.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible, unopened, unused, and undamaged merchandise within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were received.

For health, hygiene, and sanitation reasons, opened or used beauty and personal care products cannot be returned. This includes, but is not limited to, lip gloss, cosmetics, skincare products, serums, and other products that have been opened, tested, or used.

Fragrances and perfumes may only be returned if they are unopened and unused.

Gift sets and bundles may only be returned if the complete set is unopened, unused, and returned together.

Clearance and items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an eligible item because you changed your mind or no longer want the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please do not send a return without contacting us first. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

If the issue is approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact Kirei Moon Blossom with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

Do not mail products back until your return request has been approved and you have received return instructions.
